He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Siver and Anna O. Siver (Blake); his wife Rita M. Siver; his great grandchild Timothy Daniel Queior; his son-in-law James Jenness; and his siblings, Helen Romeo, Margaret Auringer, Maryanne Carrier, Charles, Herbert, James, Harry, Peter, Ernest, Donald and John "Jack" Siver.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Jenness of Dexter, NY, Robert Siver Jr. (Debra) of Watertown, NY, Mark Siver (Elizabeth) of Youngsville, NC, Kimberley Irey (Merton) of Brownville, NY, Daniel Siver (Laure) of Chaumont, NY, Wayne Siver (Mary) of Rolesville, NC and Christopher Siver (Amber) of Pamelia, NY. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
