He was predeceased by: his father Phillip M. Torres; and his siblings, Phillip A. Torres and Lynn Sargent. He is survived by: his mother Consuelo B. Torres (Beltran) of La Puente, CA; his wife Gail Torres of Dexter, NY; his stepchildren, Shain Schmitte (Ashley), Josh Schmitte and Dayna Webb (Timothy); and also, Loretta C. Steele (Jeffrey) of Glendora, CA and Susan Sharp (Allan) of Simi Valley, CA. He is also survived by several step grandchildren; two sisters.
