It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Bauter (Dexter, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on May 30, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bauter and Sarah Reeves Bauter; his son David; his grandson Kyle Young; and his siblings, Lynn, Kenneth Bauter, Terri Bauter and Beverly Dyer.
He is survived by: his children, Richard D., Michael (Miriam Chaisson), Kevin (Mary), Patricia Ferguson (Clayton), Mary Anne Mallette (Tom), Dianne Pockett (Brett McCall) and Virginia Woolf (Michael); and his brother-in-law Gerald Wiley (Elaine). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
