He was predeceased by: his brother Walter A. Cullen, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanne Cullen, Mary Martuzas and Mark Cullen of Chaumont; his nieces and nephews, Chuck, Connie, Jesse Martuzas, Matt Eaton and Elizabeth O'Keefe; and his parents, Walter A. and Florence Roberts Cullen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
