It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Blackwell (Dexter, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on February 6, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Flora Blackwell Sr. (Liptrott); and his brothers, David and James Blackwell. He is survived by: his children, Jesse E. Blackwell (Lindsey Strickler) of Adams and Randi Blackwell (Anthony Ritacco) of Johnstown; his grandchildren, Morgan Blackwell, Connor and Carter Ritacco; and his siblings, Earl Blackwell Jr. (Karen) of Sackets Harbor and Sue Blackwell of Dexter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
