He is survived by: his sons, John Jr. (Casilda) of Watertown, James Peckham of Brownville and Harold Hine of Brownville; and his siblings, Norman Peckham of Dexter, David Peckham of Rochester, Charles Peckham of San Diego, Lois Goode of San Diego, June Reason of Watertown and Mary Bibey of Watertown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to the Jay Peckham Scholarship Fund % General Brown Central School.
