He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Phillips and Lila Phillips (Carter); his wife Bambi L. Phillips of Dexter; his sons, John M. Jr. Phillips (Danielle) of Brownville, NY and Scott M. Phillips (Cara) of Huntersville, NC; his grandchildren, Collin, Ethan and Jaxson; and his siblings, Robert Phillips of Watertown, NY and Trina Decillis of Auburn, NY. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (237 William St, Dexter, NY 13634). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
