We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2019, at the age of 71, Gary L. Rowe (Dexter, New York), born in Watertown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Rowe and Betty Rowe; his wife Shirley; his sons, Gary of Dexter, David (Amy) of Gouverneur, NY and Robert of Florida; his sister Debbie Onacki (Jim) of Syracuse; and his brothers-in-law, Eddie Cole, Wayne Cole and Mark Cole.
