Frasher of Dexter, New York, born in Brownville, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oren Banks and Julia Banks (Allen); her husband Wallace Frasher; and her brother Harold O. Banks. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Sue Kirch (James), Robert Banks, Sheryl Bebernes (Jeffrey), Debra Hanas (David), Kevin Frasher (Wenda), Keith Frasher (Joanne), Stephen Frasher (Sandra), Sandra Belden and Linda Holder.
