It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wills of Dexter, New York, born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on April 30, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wills and Mary Elizabeth Wills (Loveland); and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Smith; his daughter Heidi Tuttle (Jeremy); his grandsons, Mason and Noah; his close friend Joanne Pacella; and his siblings, Jeanette (Ray), Valeria Eaton and Ronald Wills (Merilee). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
