He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Connell and Hazel Connell (Stacey); his son Nelson C. Connell; his siblings, Walter, Clifford Jr., Nelson Connell, Mable Eldridge and Dora Kirkby; and his son-in-law Vernon Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Frances H. Connell; his children, Kathy L. Brown of Dexter, NY and Greg H. Connell Sr. (Tammy L.) of Dexter, NY; his grandchildren, Greg H Connell Jr., Tessa L. Connell and Jon; and his great grandchild Natalia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
