With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cynthia Schreiber (Dexter, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Phillips and Elnora Phillips (Benney). She is survived by: her children, Cindy, Jim Hill and Darcey Wood; her son-in-law Charlie Wood; and her grandchild Cheyenne Hill.
