He was predeceased by: his grandfather James Weygandt. He is survived by: his parents, Angela Fraley and Shawn Fraley of Dexter; his siblings, Jonathan Alberghina of Florida, Aliah Fraley of Dexter and Temperance Fraley of Watertown; and his grandmothers, Susan Weygandt and Christine Randall. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that all attendees bring a bicycle helmet for donation.
