She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Banta and Charlotte Banta (Hollenbeck); her husband Roy S. Evans; her son Thomas P. Burns (Caleb M. Burns); and her great grandchild Tessa Markia Burns-Bethune.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Burns, Patricia Tanner (Randy), Michael Burns (Ellen) and Gary Burns; and also Thomas Burns. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 5 stepchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
