She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stumpf and Minnie Stumpf (Robbins); her brothers, Leland and Lawrence Stumpf; and her grandson Ryan Ingalls.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred H. Webert; her daughters, Brenda Snyder (Gene) of Alexandria Bay, NY, Anne Webert of Watertown, NY and Julie Ingalls of Watertown, NY; her granddaughters, Kelly Foster and Allyson Ingalls; and her great grandchild Forrest Ingalls.
Donations may be made in Barbara's memory to the Ryan Ingalls Scholarship Fund C/O Northern NY Community Foundation, Watertown Urban Mission or Hospice of Jefferson County.
