He was predeceased by: his parent Fanibelle Moye. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Neville Tatum; his children, Kathleen Tatum of Pittsburgh, Victor Tatum Jr. of Pittsburgh and Daniel Irvin (Dawn) of Bonaire, Georgia; and his grandson Cooper Irvin.
Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic burial will be private.
