He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Patty) and Jim (Beth); his wife Patricia Hamel; his stepdaughter Cheryl Gressani (Randall Korman); his grandchildren, Alexander Korman, Kelsey Gressani Jatczak (Matt), Emily, Christian, Grace, Jack, Grant Gebhardt, Philip (Kelley) and John Capin (Sydney); and his great grandchildren, Remy Steven Jatczak, Finley and Camden Capin.
His dinner buddies at The Nottingham were a bright spot for human connection during the dark days of isolation during COVID.
