He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Vasta (Salvatore); his children, Victor Jr., Cynthia Vasta (Stephen Sadlocha), Elizabeth Vasta (Earl Dumont) and Stephanie Vasta; his grandsons, Nicholas Sadlocha and Brandon Strouse; and his sister Gaetana Sillaro (Vasta). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

“Hi Geri and the family I am very sorry for your loss. Vic. was a good man. I enjoyed the short conversations with him when I would pay the taxes for East Syracuse Chevrolet. we could not talk very long as he was always busy when I would be there, but he always took time to ask how my mom was and we would get a couple of words about the SU sports team during season.
