As Paula departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Paula may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Paula leaves behind.
She is survived by: her husband David Swift; her stepmother Louise Gaw of Syracuse; her children, William "Harley" Swift of Orlando, Emma Swift of Dewitt, Shelby Calhoun (Russell) of North Syracuse and Ian Swift of Dewitt; and her grandson Holden. She is also survived by five granddogs.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the St. Alban's Episcopal Church (1308 Meadowbrook Dr, Syracuse, NY 13224).
