He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Mersereau and Waltera Perham Mersereau; his wife Marguerite R. "Peggy" Mersereau; and his daughter Krista K. Mersereau. He is survived by: his children, Stephen S. Mersereau (Kathryn Adair) of Park City, UT, Dr. Bradford P. Mersereau (Margaret) of Clarence Center, NY and Julie V. Mersereau (Stephen Romocki) of Penfield, NY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
