He was predeceased by: his grandson Austin Grace; and his parents, Howard Scruton and Audrey Scruton. He is survived by: his wife Irene E. Scruton; his son Brian H. Scruton (Lindsie); his grandchildren, Colin and Eve; and his sons, W. Craig Scruton (Karen) of Georgia and Keith Scruton (Tanya) of Georgia.
