He is survived by: his wife Patricia Berg Adams; and his children, Patricia Kostka (Michael) of Baldwinsville, Gerald Adams, Jr. (Lisa) of Cincinnatus, Kristi Tefft (Martin) of South Otselic, Wendy Blanchard (Jason) of Cincinnatus, Cindy Merchant of Manlius and Jeffrey Adams (Renee) of North Pitcher. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
