We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2022, at the age of 88, Thomas A. Cook Jr. of Derby, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Constance; and his children, Paul and Thomas (late Kathy). He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Hart-Brown (Wilfred Brown); his grandchildren, Thomas, Erin, Ashley, Alyssa, Alexa, Ariel, Audrianna and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Taylor, Ava and Arthur; and his sister Carol. He is also survived by 2 siblings; survived by nieces and nephews.
