He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Sass and Helen Sass; and his siblings, Joseph Sass (late Joanne), Irene Malysza (late Ronald), Joanne Gouchie (late Paul) and Gloria Sass.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sass; and his daughter Renee Hasenoehrl (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
