He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Malyak and Peter Malyak; and his brother Nicholas Malyak (Melva). He is survived by: his wife Rose A. Malyak; his sons, Dr. Phillip Malyak (Donna) of Canton, MA and Peter Malyak (Janice) of Avon, CT.; his grandchildren, Kristin (Tim), Anna and Erik; and his siblings, Michael (late Barbara) and Joanne Kresovich (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
