Derby; his uncle Jeff; his aunt Trina Derby; his cousins, Heather, Stephen Burkhart, Jessica, Shane Brophy, Kassie Derby, Cameron Derby, David Derby, Rebecca and Jillian Wilkinson; his sister-in-law Jillian Cogan (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Evan, Brooklyn, Erica Durst, Jacqueline Durst, Angelina Durst and Loren Durst; and his close friends, Bryce Leone, Derek Rogers and Ryan Huser.
