She was predeceased by: her husband Lowell Comstock; and her brothers, William "Bill" Achtziger, Herman "Hermie" Achtziger and Hank "Heinie" Oswald. She is survived by: her brother Paul Achtziger (Heather); her children, Dennis L. Comstock (Donna), Gerald "Jerry" E. Comstock (Kathy), Marlene M. Romano (Jeff) and James "Jimmy" W. Comstock (Deborah); and her grandchildren, Sherri Thacker, Matthew Comstock, Melissa Lagattuta, Scott Comstock, Adam Romano and Charlene Lundquist. She is also survived by seventeen Great-grandchildren and two Great-great- grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Maysville, NC (201 Main St, Maysville, NC 28555). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Deuel Cemetery.
