He was predeceased by: his siblings, Angelo (Judy) and JoAnn Ramos (John). He is survived by: his children, Russell, Garth (Jennifer), Anthony, Maria Sell (Phillip) and Joseph (Katelyn); and his brothers, John (Carolyn) and Richard (Elizabeth). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
