He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Jacobsen; his parents, Arthur and Vera; and his brothers, Richard, Gleason and Wilbur.
He is survived by: his children, Dave Sexton (Anita), Dan Sexton (Melissa), Jim Sexton (Brenda) and Cherry Matthews (Bob); and his siblings, Deanna and Tim (Rachel). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
