With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa D. Reis of Deposit, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on March 6, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Haughie (Foster) and Vincent Haughie. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Reis; her children, Jennifer Macumber (Kenneth), Thomas Reis (Summer) and Colleen Tabala (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Kenneth, Kaitlyn Macumber, Marisa Dimick (Roger), Thomas Reis Jr., Tyler Reis, Brandon, Aidan, Connor and Kieran Tabala; and her sisters, Kathleen Ging (John) and Eileen Zakowski (Chester). She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hennessey's Funeral Home (78 2nd St, Deposit, NY 13754). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Church (98 2nd St, Deposit, NY 13754).
