We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2024, at the age of 83, Robert Gorshack of Deposit, New York, born in Hancock, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Robert farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Robert is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gorshack and Marian Gorshack (Pendell); and his siblings, Judy Haeussler and Jack Gorshack. He is survived by: his son Jan (Gina Gorshack); his grandsons, Jonathon (Whitney Gorshack) of Whitefield, NH and Nathan Gorshack of Troy, N. Y.; and his siblings, Richard Gorshack and Nancy Oralls. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
