He is survived by: his husband Bryan Smith of Deposit, NY; and his siblings, Donna Pascrell, Marie Rodgers, Nancy Granados and Joseph Anthony Aiello, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
