He is survived by: his wife Anette Vandermark; his mother Arlene Vandermark; his son Joey Vandermark; his stepchildren, Shannon Mills, Samantha Mills and Shawna Mills; his grandchildren, Anthony Giacalone and Brooklyn Giacalone; his daughter Melissa Vandermark; his friend Ruthie Palmatier; and his siblings, John Vandermark, James Vandermark, Cindy Fairbairn, Jay Vandermark and Jane Mills. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
