He is survived by: his brother Jack Owens; his sister-in-law Lita Owens; his mother-in-law Bernice Hartz; his stepson Paul Young; his daughter-in-law Laura Young; his stepgrandson Henry Young; his niece Laura Reyna; and his nephews, Mark Herzog and Bryan Owens.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church (129 2nd St, Deposit, NY 13754).
