She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Harvey and Susanna Harvey (Tomkinson). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Todd; her children, Shaun Shampine (Mary) of Gouverneur and Mindi Dodd (Sean) of Macomb; her stepdaughter Bobbie-Jo Todd (Larry) of Morristown; and her siblings, Kathy Harvey of Lockport, David Harvey (Joyce) of Tennessee and Paul Harvey (Sandy) of Lockport. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
