She was predeceased by: her sister Annette Dustin (late William). She is survived by: her husband Richard P. Schenk; her children, Richard P. Schenk II, George H. Schenk and Melissa Lewczyk (James); her grandchildren, Korey Lawrence, Brandi Conklin (Joshua), Matthew Lewczyk, Ericka Schenk and Emily Lewczyk; and her great grandchild Ajanae. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
