He is survived by: his wife Susan D. Sieroslawski; his children, Mary Measer (Michael), Lynn McNamara (late Michael), James Sieroslawski, John Sieroslawski (Dina) and Amy Kotarski (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Troy, Tyler, Michael Measer, Ashley, Jocelyn, Evan McNamara, Austin, Gavin, Kayley Sieroslawski, Madisyn, Thomas and Carlee Kotarski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
