He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn L.; his parents, Constantine Staskiewicz and Charlotte Staskiewicz; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Guarino (late George) and Keith Taylor (Rita).
He is survived by: his children, Linda Sheldon (Joe), Walter, Jr., Bob (Debbie), Greg (Janet), Diane Krebs (David) and Paul (Angie); his grandchildren, Jolie Budd (Matt), Angie Spears (Rick), Brad Sheldon (Katie), Ray Stanton, Ryan Stanton (Lindsay), Reid Stanton (Katie), Sarah Kwiatkowski (Joe), Mike Stanton (Amber), Kristen Rasmuson (Garrett), Josh Krebs (Becky), Marli Flay (Steve), Rachel Larson (Joe), Katie Melendez (Andres), Joe Stanton and Erin Perez (Mike); his great grandchildren, Evelin, Stepanie, Sami, Jake, Alli, Brooklynn, Blakely, Britton, Penny, Josie, Avery, Jack, Naomi, Chloe, Eliza, Brianna, Parker, Tanner, Cohen, Lincoln, Benson, Addilyn, Natalie, Ivy, Amelia and Lily; and his siblings, Dolores "Cookie" Trzenski (late Walter), Ted Staskiewicz (Judy) and Alice Maccarone (John). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pacer Funeral Home, Inc. (2275 George Urban Blvd, Depew, NY 14043). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
