He was predeceased by: his spouse Charleen; his child Mark (Pam); and his brother Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Ted (Anne), Jack and Valerie; his grandchildren, Chrissy, Brian, Amy, Paul, Emily, Ashley and Jackson; and also Devoted. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
