Patrzyk Jr., Mark Patrzyk (late Mikki), Cheryl Filipowicz (Ronald) and Scott Patrzyk (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Andrew Filipowicz (Jenna), Andy Goldyn, Adam Filipowicz, Scott Patrzyk II (Jessica), Corey Smith, Nathan Patrzyk and Ryan Patrzyk; and his great grandchildren, Lilly, Aaron and Jack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
