He was predeceased by: his sister Dolores Bukowski (late Daniel). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Kevin (Mary Beth) and Nancy Parker (Mark); his grandchildren, Nicholai Parker (Elizabeth), Griffith Kazmierczak, Corinne Kazmierczak, Angela Kazmierczak, Nathaniel Parker (Margaret) and Ava Kazmierczak; his great grandchildren, Owen, James, Logan and Olivia; and his brother Melvin (Lucy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
