He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis; his children, Daniel, Nanciann Ryan (John), Gerard (Rebecca), Steven (Joyce), Theresa Jagodzinski (Mark) and Raymond J. Bakowski (Kristin); and his siblings, Lorraine and Jeanette. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
