We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2023, at the age of 42, Phillip M. Whelan of Depew, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his significant other Malerie Snyder; his stepson Julian; his parents, Thomas Whelan (Anita Ortiz) and Marie Jagiello (Dennis); his siblings, Thomas, Luke Whelan, Ryan and Sean Davis; and his nieces and nephews, Marina, Maris and Tommy Whelan. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Phil's honor may be made to National Alliance on Mental Illness Buffalo and Erie County or Buddy's Second Chance Rescue.
