He was predeceased by: his father Peter A. Choinski Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Choinski; and his sisters, Angela Newton (Paul) and Tiffany Richardson (Jamis). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
