He is survived by: his children, Jeremy, Amie (Cody Hojczyk) and Ciejay Glab (Kuno); his grandchildren, Erik, Charles, Landon, Aria and Chloe; and his siblings, Kathy, Pat, Sandy, Bonnie and Chris. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
