He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Cecelia; and his siblings, Irene Wachowiak, Eleanore Abraszak and Donald Prusakowski (Sylvia).

He is survived by: his children, Paul E. (Cara), Ann Marie Perrello (Stephen), Steven (Jennifer), Jenna Priest (Steven), Suzy and Michael Prusakowski (Reanna); his grandchildren, Victoria, Nicole, Stephen, Cordelia, Serafina, Emma, Vinny and Wesley; his girlfriend Diane Hardick; and his girlfriend's child Mallory Hohl (Curtis).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made tothe National Multiple Sclerosis Society, WNY Chapter.
