He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean; and his daughter Deborah Kolpack (Glenn). He is survived by: his children, Mark, David (Debra), Ann Chimera (David), Thomas (Susan), John (Paola) and Matthew (Mary). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; predeceased by brothers and sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews.
