He was predeceased by: his brother Paul "PJ" (Leigh). He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Chris (Andrea), Darren (Jessica) and Kelly O'Hern; his grandchildren, Ryan, Regan, Lindsey, Maya, Corryn and Elsie; and his brother Tom (Laurel). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
