It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard J. Jakubczak (Depew, New York), who passed away on November 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Vera; his children, Ronald (Lori), Donald (Ann), Joyce and Paul; his grandchildren, Joseph (Kristen), Jena (Justin), Kayla, Jasey and Amelia; his great grandchildren, Gabriella and Owen; and his mother Teresa Parish. He was also cherished by sisters and brothers; survived by nieces and nephews.
