It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence A. Hertel of Depew, New York, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lawrence A. Hertel to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Hertel; his children, Laurie McQueeney (Frank) and Carrie DiGesare (late Kenneth); his grandsons, Evan, Dominic and Andrew; his siblings, Raymond Hertel (Lin) and Donna Collins; and his sisters-in-law, Anne Marie Grover (Ron) and Joyce Herbeck (Dan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Donations may be made in Larry's name to the St Philip the Apostle Veterans Committee.
